A large addition was added to an existing English Tudor house in Ladue, Missouri for a growing family. The existing house was badly in need of repair and a dramatic lifestyle update.
The result was a large addition incorporating a new kitchen, family room, breakfast room and screen porch on the first floor. Adjacent to the screened porch is an herb garden which serves as a roof for the new 2-car garage beneath. The second floor incorporated a master bedroom suite with an exercise room.
